Objectives: the objectives of the Postdoctoral Program in Veterinary Sciencess are:

- To integrate postdoctoral researchers into the academic and research environment of the Graduate Program in Veterinary Sciencess (PPGCVET), fostering collaboration with faculty, students, and research groups.
- To stimulate the publication of scientific articles in high-quality journals and increase the overall academic output of the program.
- To support the training of master’s and doctoral students through mentorship, seminars, and research supervision.
- To contribute to the generation of new knowledge, techniques, and technologies in the areas of animal health, production, and public health.
- To expand collaborative networks with national and international institutions, increasing visibility and exchange of knowledge.
- To provide an opportunity for recently graduated Ph.D. holders to consolidate their academic careers and pursue qualifications for future positions in academia or research institutions.
